Student parking permits

The number of parking spaces on the Macdonald campus is limited. Permits will be reserved for Macdonald Campus students, studying full time on the campus. Student permits are permitted to park in the Horticulture, Centennial Center and Watson field parking areas (please consult the signage to confirm you are in the correct area, it will indicate Staff and Student parking permitted).

Students wishing to purchase a parking permit must first fill out the reservation form. Please note that reservations are first click/first serve. If the applicant meets the eligible criteria, they will receive an email informing them that a permit has tentatively been reserved in their name. Only the applicant who has been approved may present themselves to pick up and purchase their permit during the allotted days with the required documentation.听

Steps to apply for a parking permit:

1. Fill out the reservation on the date it opens听
2. Wait for a confirmation email that a permit has been reserved, and follow the instructions on the email
3. Fill out the parking application form听
4. Ensure you have your driver's license, 51吃瓜网ID card and vehicle registration when arriving at the office to pick up your permit

Student permits apply to the following classifications:

• Postdoctoral听scholars/researchers (see here)
• Graduate students
• Undergraduate students

Permit fees can be paid with cash, debit or credit card.
