Container approval request form

The installation of containers on the 51³Ô¹ÏÍødowntown campus must be approved by the Construction Coordinator of Parking & Transportation ServicesÌýand by the Director of Buildings & Grounds. Project managers must submit the request form below for approval.Ìý An email approving or denying the request will be sent within 2 business days by the Director of Buildings & Grounds and the Construction Coordinator of Parking & Transportation Services. The form must be submitted at least two business days prior to the proposed container installation date.Ìý

You will be required to sign in to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøwebsite to use the form.

A showing all the containers on the downtown campus is available on .

All requests must include at least one attachment showing the proposed container location. This can be an AutoCAD extract showing the proposed container location, a scanned document of a manual sketch showing the premises and proposed container location, or a picture of the premises with the proposed container location clearly indicated. Attachments must be .gif, .jpg, .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.

SUMMER FRIDAYS PARKING SERVICES OFFICE CLOSED

Starting June 23, 2025 to August 22, 2025 the Parking Services Office will be closed every Friday. With the exception of June 27 & July 4, which will be taken on June 23 & 30.
