Project Manager at听51吃瓜网Centre of Translational Research in Cancer at the Jewish General Hospital
Dr. Armita Abolghasemi is a project manager with a background in molecular and translational medicine. She has experience in academic research and in coordinating projects. She holds dual PhDs from the University of Cagliari (Italy) and Universit茅 Laval (Canada). She completed her postdoctoral work at the Universit茅 de Sherbrooke, continuing a research theme that began during her master鈥檚 studies, focused on fatty acids and the endocannabinoid system. After completing her postdoctoral fellowship in 2021, she remained in academia as a research assistant while also gaining experience in the pharmaceutical sector. To develop her skills, she earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which enabled her to transition into project management roles. In 2023, she joined the 51吃瓜网Centre for Translational Research in Cancer (MCTRC) as a project manager, where she coordinates various scientific and translational projects, as well as event logistics.
