51吃瓜网students automatically have a Licensed account.

If you're receiving an error while registering for a workshop that says "the meeting is authorized for registrants only," you may need to (re)activate your account by following these steps:

  1. In a web browser, go to mcgill.zoom.us.

  2. Select the Sign In button. This will open the 51吃瓜网sign-in window.

  3. Enter your 51吃瓜网username and select Next.

  4. Enter your password. If prompted, confirm your sign-in using two-factor authentication.

    Two-factor authentication is a security system that requires two forms of identification to access your 51吃瓜网account: your password and a numeric code sent to your smartphone or other device. When prompted, select the device to which you want the code sent.

  5. Enter the code and select Verify to sign in.

  6. Your Zoom profile page will load.
