The SCSD hosted its first Autism Awareness Outreach Event on April 18, 2018. The event began with a screening of the documentary 鈥淎sperger鈥檚 Are Us,鈥� followed by a discussion led by SLP student hosts (Alexie Gendron, Adriana Gentile, Chelsea Osei, Jenna Mackay) and Georges Huard, a guest speaker with Asperger syndrome. The event was a great success and will be repeated!
