The SBMS Staff Professional Development Fund Framework

Each eligible staff member is allowed up to $750 annually.

The Program is operated on the University’s Calendar Year which is January 1^st – December 31^st. Four grants are available annually (each valued at up to $750).

The goal of the program is to reimburse costs and fees of activities, services, or products that directly aid in professional development of SBMS administrative staff members. (Please note 51³Ô¹ÏÍø offers an extensive catalogue of workshops and learning materials: /od/workshops)

All applicants must complete the online application form:

Applications are accepted between Jan 1^st and March 30^th of the calendar year. Exceptionally, for 2025, we will accept applicants between May – July.

A committee of peers will review submitted applications.

Priority will be given to first time applicants.
