Student Affairs Office

The Music Student Affairs Office (SAO) offers undergraduate academic advising, support and guidance with registration, course selection, program requirements, program transfer, minor/major options, academic guidelines, student resources referrals and other aspects of your student life at our School.

51³Ô¹ÏÍøhas a variety of advisors, mentors and counsellors with different expertise, who are accessible in each stage of your academic career. Visit McGill's Academic Advising website to find out how the different advisors can assist you.

As a Schulich School of Music student, you may either book a 15-minute appointment with us or simply walk into our office (location information below) during our summer drop-in hours from June 10thÌýto August 19thÌý¾±²Ô³¦±ô³Ü²õ¾±±¹±ð:

  • Tuesdays:Ìý1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Please note these statutory holidays when offices are closed:

  • June 24th
  • July 1st

Due to the June 24th statutory holiday, our office will, exceptionally, offer drop-in academic advising hours on Wednesday June 25th from 9:30am to 11:30am.
