12:30 - 2:30 PM:ÌýCome meet MORSL's student staff while we table in the library on the main floor in the corridor between the McLennan and Redpath buildings. Learn about our variety of services and programs, and religious and spiritual support and community on and around campus.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:ÌýÌýMeet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief.

1:30 - 2:00 PM:ÌýÌýEvery Monday, law students are invited to attend a drop-in 30-minute mindfulness session led by Professor Sébastien Jodoin and Gabrielle Petrucci, Local Wellness Advisor at the Faculty of Law.

5:00 - 6:00 PM:ÌýHosted at MORSL: 51³Ô¹ÏÍøMeditation Club PracticeÌýJoin 51³Ô¹ÏÍøMeditation Club at MORSL's Meditation Space to practice diverse meditation techniques. Check out theirÌýÌýfor updates about the focus for each week. All their meetings are beginner friendly and can be attended on a drop-in basis. Seating is limited and spots are first-come, first served.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:ÌýÌýThis workshop is intended for an inclusive audience to help students build on their own existing skills and to identify moments when self-advocacy might benefit them.

2:30 - 3:30 PM:ÌýBCL/JD admissions information session with the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøJewish Law Students AssociationÌýUnderstand the admissions process with the dean, and hear about Jewish life in law school from current students.

3:00 - 4:00 PM:ÌýJoin the group for ideas, encouragement, motivation and a sense of connectedness!

4:00 - 5:00 PM:ÌýÌýwith SSMU's Eating Disorder Centre. Our trained volunteers are available to help anyone struggling with disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, and other mental health concerns.

4:00 - 7:00 PM: ÌýJoin us on October 22nd from 4–7 PM for a study session that keeps you focused, supported and refreshed! Let’s tackle those notes together and make studying feel a little lighter.

4:30 - 5:30 PM:ÌýHosted at MORSL: Quaker MeditationÌýQuaker meditation is a space to sit and seek a stillness together to enter a kind of communion with each other, the world, and divine presence. Registration is not required to attend this event, but please note that MORSL's Prayer and Meditation Space has limited spots.

5:30 - 7:00 PM:Ìý51³Ô¹ÏÍøSikh Students' Association weekly diwanÌýat MORSL. Let’s reconnect with Naam and support each other on this journey. All are welcome—come out and let's do Simran together!

5:00 PM:ÌýÌýwith the MSA Join us for an evening of spiritual reflection, a special charity auction, fun activities, and delicious food as we come together to celebrate community and the spirit of giving.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:ÌýÌýConnect and Deepen is an online community for adults interested in meaningful discussion, connection and reflection, hosted by the Canadian Unitarian Council, and encourages spiritual and philosophical exploration. Monthly meetings begin with a time for reflection before moving into a guided conversation about the chosen theme. October's theme is Question.
