1st Semester	Confirm Registration Objectives Form 1 MIME 601. Engineering Laboratory Practice. Credits: 0 Offered by: Mining & Materials Engineering (Graduate Studies) Terms offered: Fall 2025, Winter 2026 View offerings for or in Visual Schedule Builder. Description The basics of laboratory safety in mining and materials engineering laboratories. Mandatory safety orientation (administration, contacts, fire, waste, emergency procedures) and official WHMIS training. Restriction(s): Restricted to mining and materials engineering graduate students. 1. For Masters鈥� students the course must be completed by the end of the first year of the student's enrollment in a Masters' degree program. Likewise, for Doctoral students the course must be completed by the end of the first year of the student's enrollment in a Doctoral degree program.
