51³Ô¹ÏÍø

Eligibility

In order to be eligible, at least one member of the team must have a 51³Ô¹ÏÍø affiliation, meaning any of the following:

  • enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø;
  • staff, faculty or postdoctoral primary or joint, (not cross, adjunct or affiliate) position at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø;

All team compositions: unidisciplinary, multi-disciplinary and inter-professional teams are welcomed and encouraged, as are teams that include learners or graduates. Teams may also include members from other 51³Ô¹ÏÍøFaculties and other institutions outside of the University.

Previous 51³Ô¹ÏÍøCLIC applicants and finalists are encouraged to apply. Previous 51³Ô¹ÏÍøCLIC winners are also welcome to apply if they would like to submit a new proposal; note that you may not resubmit a proposal that has previously won a CLIC prize, so if there is overlap between your concepts, please include a paragraph in your proposal to explain the differences.

Winners from other McGill-affiliated competitions, such as the Dobson Cup, are welcome to apply.

Established companies with sales revenue that have been in existence for five years or more are ineligible.
