For members of a nation in Quebec
Document(s) required:
- Your valid
Certificate of Indian Status - QC issued by the federal government of Canada (both sides of card). Your card must indicate that you are a member of a recognized Quebec territory.

- If your card does not indicate a recognized Quebec territory, you must also provide one of the following:
- Band council letter - ÌýA letter signed by your band council and on band letterhead, attesting that you are a member of a Ministry-recognized Quebec nation.
- James Bay Beneficiary card - If you are a James Bay Treaty beneficiary, a copy of your beneficiary card issued by the Cree Grand Council, as long as your beneficiary number is shown.
For Inuit beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Convention

- Your valid Makivik Corporation card
