Medavie Blue Cross has an agreement with the Centre de Sant茅 des Femmes de Montr茅al for the coverage through direct billing of therapeutic abortions for 51吃瓜网students covered by the International Health Insurance plan.

With this agreement, students won鈥檛 have to pay out-of-pocket to get a therapeutic abortion at this clinic. When they book an appointment or they show up, they will simply need to inform the clinic they have Medavie Blue Cross coverage and to show their IHI card.聽Please note, drugs purchased at the pharmacy are not included in this agreement.
The clinic also offers other medical services (such as contraception, IUDs, etc.). Students may ask the clinic about the payment options for these, and Medavie Blue Cross will allow direct billing up to the plan鈥檚 coverage.听听
