Indigenous Awareness Weeks 2025

McGill's 14th Annual Indigenous Awareness Weeks is a time of celebration, learning, and reflection. This year's theme is Truth and Reconciliation, as it also marks the 10-year anniversary of the Final Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. The TRC has been a major vehicle in supporting and moving Indigenous projects and movements across Canada, and we are very excited to share the events that mark McGill's ongoing commitment to the Indigenous community and excellence.

This year's IAW banner was designed by Anishinaabe artist
