Salary: $11 479 /course (including vacation pay).

The Department of History and Classical Studies is inviting applications to teach a course in Winter 2026. Please complete the online application form and upload the required documents. CLAS 302 – Roman Literature and Society
An exploration of Roman texts written during the Republican and Imperial periods (200 BCE-400 CE) and the study of social contexts in which they were written.

January 5– April 14, 2026:Ìý Monday/Wednesday/Friday (11:35am - 12:25pm)

Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: PhD or ABD in Classics or related field required. Expertise in Roman culture, literature, or history preferred.
Experience: Teaching experience in Classics at the University Level preferred.
