Room/Space Bookings

51³Ô¹ÏÍø has a wide variety of venues - reception areas, lobbies, classrooms, conference rooms, external areas, etc. - which can be reserved and used by both members of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøcommunity and the community at large.

This office reserves events that fall under any of these criteria:

  1. Occur after
  2. Require catering
  3. Require an alcohol permit or landlord letter
  4. Requested by SSMU associations

Fees associated with Room Bookings

Permit Type Cost
Alcohol permit $20
Landlord letter $10
Rush requests, if approved $50
Booking Type Cost
Student associations $25
Faculty and Staff starting at $75
External clients starting at $300
Rush Requests  $50.00 additional administrative fee
Coordination fee  15% of total for any requests where we book security, cleaners, furnishings, etc
