Course Description

At McGill, we strive to build the best possible websites for our community.

One way we do this is to continually look for ways to make user experience (UX) improvements to our sites. Our UX at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøcourse helps site managers and editors achieve this goal.

This course covers:

  • Fundamentals of UX research: Learn why user-centred design is important and how it can improve audience experiences on your website.
  • Key UX research processes: The course covers various UX research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Applying UX principles to 51³Ô¹ÏÍøwebsites: Find out how to apply UX principles to improve McGill’s websites.

This course is mandatory for:

  • Anyone planning to conduct UX research
