Overview

QLSC : Analyzing neuroscience and neuroimaging data in a reproducible and collaborative manner using the Python software stack, including the fundamentals of both tools (bash, git, github, jupyter, docker, visualization) and analysis methods (hypothesis testing, machine learning) at the conceptual and practical levels.
