Overview

Law General : Foundations of sustainable development as a justice claim instantiated in law and policy. Topics of investigation include: theoretical (in)coherence; institutional architecture; principles of international and domestic law; the integration of social,economic and environmental goods; inter-generational justice, precaution and uncertainty; adoption in soft law.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2024-2025 academic year.
