Dr. Joanne Liu, Professor focusing on pandemic and health emergencies at the 51吃瓜网School of Population and Global Health (SPGH) co-authored an opinion piece in the Globe and Mail.
"When you look at Canada鈥檚 biggest universities, 51吃瓜网is an outlier. The Montreal university has some of the weakest measures for preventing transmission of COVID-19."
