I will p resent two vignettes of recent insights we have gained in this area from s ystems-level investigations at the cellular and organismal scales. In the first example\, I will discuss an unexpected non-canonical role of caspase -1 in controlling the physiology of intracellular Salmonella. In the secon d example\, I will discuss hallmarks of the tissue and peripheral immunity derived from a multiomic longitudinal investigation of patients with Lyme Disease.\n DTSTART:20220913T160000Z DTEND:20220913T170000Z LOCATION:CA\, QC SUMMARY:QLS Seminar - Naeha Subramanian URL:/qls/channels/event/qls-seminar-naeha-subramanian- 341034 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
