 es and that misinformation is literally deadly. Yet we’re exposed to more 
 misinformation\, at a faster pace\, than at any time in history. Researche
 rs\, policy makers\, publishers and journalists have been adapting to our 
 new information infrastructure and finding ways to try to amplify knowledg
 e and outcompete nonsense. This lecture will share the current state of sc
 ience communication\, how researchers and clinicians and policymakers can 
 participate in it more effectively\, and how everyone can help improve the
