 Speaker bio: \n\nDr. Sydney Cash\, MD\, PhD is Associate Professor of Neur
 ology at Harvard Medical School and attending epileptologist at Massachuse
 tts General Hospital. Dr. Cash is co-director of the Clinical Data Animati
 on Center and the Center for Neurotechnology and Neurorecovery as well as 
 Director for Research in the Partners Neurology Residency Program. He rece
 ived his BS in Biology from Yale College before going on to pursue an MD/P
 hD at Columbia University in New York. Internship and residency were done 
 in Partners Neurology program (Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham 
 and Women’s Hospital) where he was selected as chief resident. This was fo
 llowed by a fellowship in epilepsy at Massachusetts General Hospital. Afte
 r fellowship Dr. Cash established a laboratory at Massachusetts General Ho
 spital / Harvard Medical School which studies the mechanisms underlying ep
 ilepsy as well as normal cognition.\n
