UPDATE: D2 Documentum available again

Both database and file system for Documentum and D2 related service are fully restored to July 13, 11PM. All of our application are back online.

D2 Documentum was unavailable since July 14th, 5:00PM.

Users could not upload or retrieve document from the platform until further notice.

Some users may be unable to browse the web from home
