To celebrate its 10th Anniversary, MURA will host the 2025 National Conference of the College and University Retiree Associations of Canada ().
The theme is听The Well-being of the Person, the Community, and the Planet.
We look forward to welcoming MURA and CURAC members and their guests who have registered to attend the conference. They will have an excellent opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and make new acquaintances from across Canada, and partake in presentations by local academics based on the conference theme. This will be the first CURAC conference with simultaneous translation.
Please note that the maximum number of in-person participants has been reached. If you wish to be placed on a waitlist, use the registration form for attending in person.
There is no limit for virtual attendance.

Keynote Speaker
Professor Anja Geitmann
Vice-President Global Engagement
Professor Geitmann was appointed Vice-President, Global Engagement at 51吃瓜网, Montr茅al, Qu茅bec, Canada, in October 2024 after serving as Professor of Plant Science, and Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences since 2015. She brings the lived experience of studying and working in six different countries, leadership roles in multinational collaborative research initiatives, and service on panels of international research funding organizations.
