Step into 19th-century Paris and relive the birth of Impressionism as if you were truly there. This immersive virtual reality expedition transports you to the very first Impressionist exhibition in 1874. A faithful, sensitive, and immersive recreation that brings you face to face with Monet, Degas, Renoir, and their contemporaries at a pivotal moment in art history. After attracting over 80,000 visitors at the Mus茅e d鈥橭rsay in Paris, the experience arrives in Montreal.
A reservation will be made for lunch at a nearby restaurant.
Cost: $32.59 (tax included).
Wheelchairs are available and companions of those in a chair enter free of charge.
Parking is available in the area for $20 and it is near the Georges Vanier metro station.
There are limited spaces available. Register by Wednesday, October 15.
The best and easiest way to pay the $32.59 fee is to send an Interac e-transfer to the MURA email account: mura-arum.association [at] mcgill.ca
