Though many have viewed religion\, in recent history\, as a phenomeno n that is on its way out of public discourse and society\, it never fully dissipates. Will this remain true when Generation Z comes of age? If relig ion does not dissipate\, what will it look like in the coming years?\n\nOu r inquiry will focus on how parents\, educators\, and community leaders le ad children through religious and spiritual realities\, and why university students choose to engage – or not – with faith and spirituality in their young adult years. Participants in the Colloquium will represent a broad range of perspectives on these topics. They will include researchers and e xperts in the field of children and religion or spirituality\, parents of young children\, and university students who have continued to engage with and explore religion\, either personally or academically.\n\nWe invite al l students\, staff\, faculty\, and members of the general public to attend . Registration is required and may be found here. \n\nDeadline to register : Tuesday February 18th\n\nCo-hosted by MORSL\, the Council for Research o n Religion\, and the School of Religious Studies\n DTSTART:20200221T140000Z DTEND:20200221T210000Z LOCATION:Birks Building\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2A7\, 3520 rue Universit y SUMMARY:Colloquium on the Future of Religion URL:/morsl/channels/event/colloquium-future-religion-3 19800 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
