DESCRIPTION:The NSERC CREATE Training Program in Integrated Sensor Systems 
 is pleased to announce the second hands-on workshop on the integration of 
 sensor systems to be held at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø on May 13th & May 14th\, 20
 13.   The 2 day workshop will be taught by Professor Zeljko Zilic\, of the
  51³Ô¹ÏÍødepartment of Electrical and Computer Engineering\, and will aim t
 o introduce and expand on how to design and integrate multiple sensors int
 o a functioning system.  Summary  Harnessing the capabilities of systems i
 ntegrating multiple sensor requires significant skills in the embedded sys
 tem design at multiple levels of abstraction. In this intensive course/wor
 kshop\, we explain the main topics in integrating multiple sensors in larg
 er systems and demonstrate them in the lab\, on a board with tri-axial ine
 rtial MEMS sensors and other devices.    Schedule  Duration: 2 days May 14
 th & May 15th\, 2013     Lectures: morning  Lab: afternoon  Cost and Other
  Details  Workshop cost: $150.00 CDN ($172.46 with tax) for non-ISS studen
 ts.  Registration closing date: Saturday May 11\, 2013  While priority wil
 l be given to ISS students who must take the workshop this year according 
 to their plans\, other spaces will be given first come first served.   Ext
 ra students may be added to the waitlist\, and will be informed of an avai
 lable space by email\, by Friday May 10\, 2013 at the latest.   To confirm
