 er is a Certified Alzheimer Care Consultant\, Conference Speaker and Educa
 tor. She is the Program Founder and Ambassador for the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøDementia Edu
 cation Program and 51³Ô¹ÏÍøCares\, a weekly webcast series designed to supp
 ort family caregivers. She is also President of Caregiver Crosswalk\, a co
 nsulting firm that provides education and support services to help individ
 uals navigate dementia-related illnesses.\n\nDr. Serge Gauthier is the Dir
 ector of the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Research Unit of th
 e 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Research Centre for Studies in Aging and Academic Co-L
 ead of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøDementia Education Program. He is also a Professor in th
 e Departments of Neurology & Neurosurgery\, Psychiatry\, and Medicine at t
 he 51³Ô¹ÏÍøFaculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.\n\nDr. José Morais is P
 rofessor and Director of Geriatric Medicine at the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøFaculty of Medic
 ine and Health Sciences\, the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Health Centre and the Jewi
 sh General Hospital. In addition to being Academic Lead of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøDeme
 ntia Education Program\, he is Co-Director of the Quebec Network for Resea
 rch on Aging and past President of the Canadian Geriatrics Society.\n\n \n
