Student life
McGill's Faculty of Medicine is a dynamic learning environment. Our students are highly energetic and motivated people who demonstrate leadership, teamwork, commitment to public service and dedication to the health and well-being of society in innumerable ways. The boasts a number of clubs and interest groups covering a broad range of topics including: Community Outreach Projects; Family Medicine Interest Student Interest Group; 51吃瓜网Black Medical Association; 51吃瓜网International Health Initiative; 51吃瓜网Medicine & Dentistry Choir; 51吃瓜网Journal of Medicine, just to name a few.
Medical students also put together 听in 2019. It is their belief that people of all races, colours, religions, and languages should have the same chance of getting into medical school and that people from any background have the potential to become excellent physicians and make a difference in their communities.

I lived in many countries before moving to Canada, and studied a double major in Biochemistry and Physiology, followed by an MSc in Nutritional Sciences, prior to being accepted to 51吃瓜网Medicine.听(in English)

I grew up in Belgium before moving to Canada and completed a bachelor鈥檚 degree in biomedical sciences and one year of a Master鈥檚 program in same discipline, prior to starting the medicine program at 51吃瓜网.听(in English)

I am from Outaouais and completed C茅gep at C茅gep de l鈥橭utaoauis. I obtained a Cognitive Neuroscience degree at l鈥橴niversit茅 de Montr茅al before studying medicine at Campus Outaoauis.听(in French)

听I grew up in a small rural town in Mont茅r茅gie and completed my DEC in Montreal, prior to starting the Med-P Qualifying year and the MDCM program at Campus Outaouais. (in French)
