 says about interregional relationships and the ability of the government —
  of whatever colour or stripe — to govern in a way that is reflective of t
 he federation as a whole.\n	\n	Yolande James is a lawyer-mediator and a poli

 C. Previously\, she served as a member of the Assemblée nationale du Québe
 c\, from 2004 to 2014.\n	\n	Elizabeth Roscoe is senior vice president and na
 tional practice leader in public affairs at Hill+Knowlton Strategies Canad
 a with close to 20 years in the communications sector.\n	\n	Brian Topp is a 
 partner at KTG Public Affairs. He has worked in the financial services sec
 tor\, the labour movement and in government — including as chief of staff 
 to Alberta premier Rachel Notley and deputy chief of staff to Saskatchewan
