 ention to proposing concrete government policies.\n\nRecently back from th
 e Global Dialogue on Happiness at the World Government Summit\, Chris Barr
 ington-Leigh\, Associate Professor at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Institute for He
 alth and Social Policy and the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøSchool of Environment\, will discuss
  his recent work and the move towards a world in which policy is accountab
