Nicolas Levrat holds a PhD in International Law and is the UN Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues. He is Professor of International and European Law at the University of Geneva, where he has directed the European and Global Studies Institutes and founded the annual Human Rights Week. Author of seven books and editor of twenty more, he has published over 150 works on peoples’ and minorities’ rights, federalism, and the interaction of legal systems.
