 , Institute of Parasitology.\n\nDr. Cestari obtained his BS degree in biol
 ogy\, and MSc and Ph.D. degrees in molecular and cellular biology studying
  the mechanisms of immune evasion by parasites. During his postdoc he inve
 stigated the mechanisms that control antigenic variation in trypanosomes. 
 In 2018\, he joined the Institute of Parasitology at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø\; h
 is laboratory focuses on cell signalling and transcriptional control mecha
 nisms that govern antigenic variation and life stage development in trypan
 osomes and explores these processes for drug development.\n\nLight refresh
