 MacDonald Langstaff Lecture Series welcome Madhav Khosla\, PhD Candidate\,
  Harvard University\, who will talk about 'Equality and the Indian Supreme
  Court: The Naz Foundation Case.'  On December 2013\, the Supreme Court of
  India declared the criminalization of homosexual relations was constituti
 onal (Suresh Kumar Koushal v. Naz Foundation). In this talk\, Madhav Khosl
 a will discuss the decision and unpack its reasoning.  This talk was origi
 nally slated for Feb. 14\, and had to be rescheduled. For additional infor

  About the Annie MacDonald Langstaff Workshops  Inaugurated in 1988 in hon
 our of Annie MacDonald Langstaff\, BCL '14\, the first woman to earn a law
  degree in Quebec\, the workshops provide a forum for academics\, judges\,
  lawyers\, and community activists to present scholarly research and pract
 ical insights on issues relating to women and the law.
