 ncreasingly digitized world.\n\nJohnathan Flowers is an Assistant Professo
 r of Philosophy at California State University\, Northridge. Flowers’s res
 earch areas include African American intellectual history\, Japanese Aesth
 etics\, American Pragmatism\, Philosophy of Disability\, and Philosophy of
  Technology. His first monograph\, Mono no Aware and Gender as Affect in J
 apanese Aesthetics and American Pragmatism was published by Lexington Book
 s in 2023.\n\nThis event is also part of the 7th Season of Disrupting Disr
