DESCRIPTION:McGill's myPath offers the Peer Pathways program for HBHL and I
 PN graduate students and postdocs. This four-week program empowers student
 s to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) in small peer discussion
  groups.\n\nJoin facilitators Olawale Dudubo (PhD Dentistry) and Rodrigo M
 igueles-Ramirez (PhD Quantitative Life Sciences) and reflect on your past 
 year\, examine your skills\, explore your future\, set meaningful goals fo
 r the coming semester and learn how to follow through on them. This progra
 m uses myPath's video series as a framework to spark conversation and guid
 e participants through IDP exercises.\n\nThe program consists of four meet
 ings scheduled one week apart. All participants are expected to attend all
  four workshops.\n\nPlease complete the HBHL Equity Self-Identification Fo
