 s of sex and gender are key to conducting inclusive research\, building un
 biased technology and facilitating equitable health care. Studies that hav
 e implemented sex- and gender-based analysis plus (SGBA+) have found sex d
 ifferences in risk of disease and response to treatments.1\,2 They have in
 creased understanding of the relationship between sex and brain function.3
 \,4 SGBA+ has also helped to detect gender and race bias in artificial int
 elligence\, and develop strategies to remove this bias.5 What will you fin
 d when you implement SGBA+ in your research?\n\nJoin HBHL and Scientista f
 or Sex Cells!\, a workshop on SGBA+\, to learn how you can implement SGBA+
  in your own research. The workshop will include two talks followed by gui

 of what SGBA+ is and why it is important\, examples of studies that have i
 mplemented SGBA+\, and how SGBA+ can enhance your research and increase yo
