 ) to co-sponsor one Seed Fund Grant (SFG) with support from the Steinberg 
 Fund for Interdisciplinary Global Health Research.\n\nThe GHP-MI4 Steinber
 g SFG aims to catalyze innovative and impactful infection or immunity focu
 sed global health research at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø& affiliated hospitals\, by providing
  one seed grant worth up to $50\,000 to enable the launch of a new\, inter
 disciplinary\, infection or immunity focused global health research projec
 t and make it competitive for sustained external funding. The research mus
 t be conducted in a low or middle-income country\, or in a resource-poor s
 etting within Canada (e.g. with indigenous communities in the Canadian Nor
 th). Proposals should be forward-thinking and aim to address global health
  issues that are emerging and will increase in importance over the coming
