 t\, filmmaker and founder of Water For Women.  He holds a Master’s in Sust
 ainable Design and Community Economic Development. He has spent 25 years o
 n design projects internationally\, with a strong focus on a more- balance
 d understanding of gender\, land-use planning\, and human ecology.  Since 
 2013\, Jonathon has been using humor to gain the trust of women in West Af
 rican villages.  The focus is to then connect philanthropy with village wo
 rkshops and helping the women find easier and solar-powered access to clea
 n ground-water in drilled wells.  This multi-media presentation will show 
 how a wide spectrum of public health issues then come to the surface\, wit
 h the women at the helm of managing their own initiatives forward. \n
