 icularly health and education. He has worked on the quality of health care
 \, mental health\, information in health and education markets\, child lea
 rning and test-scores and the determinants of trust. His work has been pub
 lished in leading economics\, health and education journals and widely cov
 ered in the media and policy forums. In this seminar\, Dr. Das will be dis
 cussing the 'big puzzle in healthcare': the gap between knowledge and prac
 tice\; its severe implications for patients around the world and what can
