At the time of writing, the result of the FMOQ members’ vote on the agreement is not available, but it appears likely that it will be approved. If that happens, the Department of Family Medicine will start the work of repairing the damage that occurred in the 7 weeks of Law 2 (retirements, departures, etc.) to further our vision of education, research, and patient care.</p> Wed, 17 Dec 2025 19:08:20 +0000 Dr. Marion Dove, Chair of the Department of Family Medicine 4551 at /familymed Alexandra Massicotte named finalist for the Emerging Practitioner Award from the Collège des Médecins du Québec /familymed/article/announcements/alexandra-massicotte-named-finalist-emerging-practitioner-award-college-des-medecins-du-quebec <p>Alexandra Massicotte, MD, physician and Unit Director at the Department of Family Medicine’s Vaudreuil-Soulanges U-FMG, has been named a finalist for the Emerging Practitioner Award (<i>catégorie Relève</i>) from the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ).
