 anizing team of Cooperathon in which she is lead on community partnerships
 . She is also a PhD candidate in Management\, Strategy and Entrepreneurshi
 p at HEC Montréal and for more than 6 years she has worked on innovation e
 cosystems. Her thesis work is anchored in the study of mechanisms to suppo
 rt entrepreneurship and on the collective practices to be developed accord
 ingly. She focuses on new organizational forms resulting from the dynamics
  between various entrepreneurial actors in the Quebec healthcare ecosystem
 .\n\nLeader exécutif possédant 20 années d’expérience dans la transformati
 on des organisations\, Jean-François Bonnes est diplômé d’une maîtrise en 
 gestion des ressources humaines (ESSEC\, Paris) ainsi que d'une maîtrise e
 n droit (Université Panthéon-Assas\, Paris).​\n\nAprès avoir exercé en Fra
 nce comme responsable du développement organisationnel au sein du Groupe O
 NET (45 000 employés)\, puis au Québec auprès de Loto-Québec où il a notam
 ment piloté la transformation au sein des Casinos de Montréal et de Hull\,
  Jean-François s'est ensuite lancé en affaires avec 4 associés et a dévelo
 ppé une startup spécialisée dans l’apprentissage immersif : Xaracom. Il a 
 ensuite rejoint Neotelis\, une société de télécommunication\, en charge de
  la stratégie d’apprentissage et du développement de l’offre e-Learning au
 près des clients du Moyen-Orient et d’Afrique. Avant de lancer la filiale 
 de Club-Ideo au Québec\, Jean-François a été Directeur - Groupe conseil nu
 mérique chez Publicis Montréal. ​\n\nAujourd’hui\, fort de son expérience 
 en numérique\, en marketing\, en gestion du leadership et en animation de 
 formation\, Jean-François est Lead de l’équipe Coopérathon\, la plateforme
  de création d’entrepreneur.e.s d’impact de la Direction Innovation Ouvert
 e de Desjardins!​\n\nPassionné par l'humain\, Jean-François a été administ
 rateur de l'association TDH pour les enfants qui s'occupe de d'adoption in
 ternationale\, d’Alliance e-Learning Québec et a été bénévole pour la Croi
 x-Rouge Canadienne.\n
