 ed Leadership Program. Karl has won numerous teaching awards\, including t
 he Faculty teaching award at the MBA level. He has been a Senior Fellow in
  Leadership at the Canada School of Public Service in Ottawa\, where he he
 lped develop the Canadian Government's Advanced Leadership Program. Karl h
 as taught extensively in executive education programs\, including at Oxfor
 d\, Cambridge\, Duke\, Queen's\, McGill\, IIM Bangalore\, Renmin (Beijing)
 \, and Darden. An active management consultant\, he has worked with Air Ca
