 motion\, ideally prior to March 10. AA will coordinate a 15-minute meeting
  with a Department Promotion Committee (DPC) Chair (Dr. Annabel Chen-Tourn
 oux for Clinician-Teachers and Clinician-Educators or Dr. Vicky Tagalakis 
 for Clinician-Investigators\, Clinician-Scientists and Scientists).\n\n				One
  week before the meeting\, applicants must submit a preliminary applicatio
 n (51³Ô¹ÏÍøformatted CV and draft recommendation letter- template to be pro
 vided by AA on initial contact) to their assigned DPC Chair and AA at aec8
 -academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca. \n			\n		\n		\n			\n				May 5\, 2025\n			\n			\n				Potenti
