 the Women’s Canadian Club of Montreal in partnership with the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøUnive
 rsity Dementia Education Program\, aims to raise awareness and provide bas
 ic information about Alzheimer’s disease and other neurocognitive disorder
 s.\n\n\nDuring this presentation\, Dr. Serge Gauthier\, a clinical neurolo
 gist\, will provide information on the different types of neurocognitive d
 isorders. He will discuss the associated behavioural and psychological sym
 ptoms that manifest as the disease progresses and explain how these may di
 ffer from typical aging concerns.\n\nNext\, Mrs. Claire Webster\, former c
 aregiver and Certified Dementia Care Consultant\, will share practical adv
 ice on how to care for a person living with dementia. She will discuss imp
 ortant considerations to ensure the safety and well-being of both the indi
 vidual as well as the care partner to help families understand and access 
 the resources needed to navigate this disease.\n\nA question-and-answer pe
