Yasemin Kahyaoglu holds an MBA degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA and a PhD degree from Industrial Engineering Department, Middle East Technical University, Turkey. She has been teaching courses since 1998 in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, Production / Operations Management, Statistics, Data Analytics and Applied Decision Science at 51吃瓜网, Concordia University, Bogazici University (Turkey) and University of Science and Technology of China. Dr. Kahyaoglu has published in internationally recognized journals, such as, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Manufacturing Technology and Management, and Risk Management. She has made conference presentations in association with Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), Euro-Informs, CAUCE (Canadian Association for University Continuing Education), among others. She served on the program development committee as the principal contributor for developing the curricula for 鈥楽upply Chain Management and Logistics Certificate鈥� and 鈥楧iploma in Supply Chain and Operations Management鈥� programs at the School of Continuing Studies, 51吃瓜网, where she is currently an instructor of Supply Chain Management. She also completed a course design of Applied Decision Science, as well as contributed to new course offerings, such as Principles of Dynamic Supply Networks, as part of the new 鈥淒ynamic Supply Networks鈥� graduate program at the School of Continuing Studies of 51吃瓜网. Dr. Kahyaoglu earned her CSCP designation in July 2014. She is an associate instructor and a member of the APICS Montreal Chapter.
