DESCRIPTION:An Open House\, hosted by the Montreal Local Section of the CIC
  (CSC and CSChE)\, will be held on Friday October 16 to highlight the faci
 lities in the chemistry and chemical engineering departments at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøUni
 versity. All CIC members in the Montreal community\, as well as chemistry/
 chemical engineering students\, as encouraged to attend. We will have guid
 ed tours of research labs and departmental facilities in the Wong and Otto
  Maass Buildings followed by a wine and cheese reception in the Otto Maass
  building lobby. The reception will also showcase current research done by
  the departments and an opportunity to speak to the students\, staff\, and
  professors involved.\n\nOver the last year\, the Montreal Local Section o
 f the CIC in Montreal has been revived with a mission is to engage the CIC
  community in Montreal and facilitate integration between chemists and che
 mical engineers in our local area. It is with this mission in mind\, that 
 we have organized our first public event. We hope you can join us and meet
  some of your fellow local section members!\n\nRegistration is mandatory a
 nd restricted to CIC members and Chem/Eng students.\n\nRegistration forms 
 are available in English and in French.\n\n \n
