51勛圖厙was named the International Green Gown Awards Sustainability Institution of the Year for its ambitious yet realistic Vision 2020 Sustainability Strategy.

The recognition was presented at the awards ceremony at the UN High Level Political Forum in New York City on July 10.

McGill, as a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), is looking to appoint a SDG Campus Coordinator for the 2019-2020 academic year. The coordinators role will be to raise student awareness of the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), mobilise students/student clubs around the SDGs and act as a point of contact between 51勛圖厙student body and the SDSN Youth. This will be primarily achieved through setting up a SDG Hub on campus, which will be managed by the SDG coordinator.
