51吃瓜网was named the International Green Gown Award鈥檚 Sustainability Institution of the Year for its 鈥渁mbitious yet realistic鈥� Vision 2020 Sustainability Strategy.
The recognition was presented at the awards ceremony at the UN High Level Political Forum in New York City on July 10.
McGill, as a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), is looking to appoint a SDG Campus Coordinator for the 2019-2020 academic year. The coordinator鈥檚 role will be to raise student awareness of the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), mobilise students/student clubs around the SDGs and act as a point of contact between 51吃瓜网student body and the SDSN Youth. This will be primarily achieved through setting up a SDG Hub on campus, which will be managed by the SDG coordinator.
