Graduate students in the听Schulich School of Music, Faculties of Arts, Law, or Education听are eligible for up to听$1500听in funding for student led initiatives at 51吃瓜网that address one or both of the following:

You can apply now for the 2026 cohort of , Canada鈥檚 largest leadership-based scholarship program for master鈥檚 and professional studies. This program brings together students who engage in positive change by taking on meaningful leadership roles.

PhD student in Human Development (Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology), Shubhangi Bhardwaj, was announced as a recent recipient of Dr. Gauri Shankar Guha Award for International Development Education! Bhardwaj was also awarded the Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.) International Peace Scholarship for Women for the year 2025.

51吃瓜网, through the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic), has conferred important internal recognition awards to three Faculty of Education professors in celebration of their outstanding scholarship and research excellence.

Canada in general, and Montreal specifically, have been facing a drug toxicity and fatal overdose crisis for nearly a decade. While integrated systems of interventions are necessary to address drug-related harms, the use of naloxone has been a key strategy to reduce the acute effect of opioid-involved deaths. Currently, 51吃瓜网does not offer naloxone trainings to the campus community, limiting students鈥� ability to assist in the event of an overdose.
