51吃瓜网BCom students place 2nd at the 51吃瓜网Management International Case Competition (MMICC 2011)
51吃瓜网BCom students put their聽case analysis and presentation聽skills to the test once again聽at the聽11th annual 51吃瓜网Management International Case Competition (MMICC 2011) which took聽place from聽March 22 to 26.. 聽After presenting in the morning and afternoon to two different set of judges, the 51吃瓜网team placed 2nd overall out of a total of 11 competing universities.聽 In 3rd place was the University of Melbourne and the winner was Nanyang Technological University from Singapore.聽
McGill's team consisted of BCom students聽Anna Chif, Joanna Chong, Julia Godolphin and Mathieu Prevost.聽 All聽had taken Professor Richard Donovan's聽"Case Analysis and Presentation" class. Professors Angela Burlton and Suzanne Gagnon attended practice sessions and provided valuable feedback to the team.聽 Professor Burlton also acted as their adviser throughout the competition.聽
